12 Months Technical Support (Per Device / Per Software Licence)It's important to keep your digital dictation equipment up and running. In order to ensure this,consider a 12 month support and service agreement. This includes telephone, email and team-viewer remote access support. (This package does not include on-site support)
This support is provided on a per device or per software license basis.
For example, if you have two (2) Digital voice recorders and one (1) installation of the Olympus ODMS transcription software then this would be three (3) support services. In this case you would add three of the support units to your shopping cart.
When placing the order please provide detailed information in the comments section of the shopping cart:
- number of devices and make/model
- number of software installations and version/type
- primary contact for support including telephone number and email
Once your order is placed we will email the support details through to you directly and your support arrangement will be activated immediately.
*Technical support is available Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM. Technical support is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.
