OUR SHIPPING IS FAST - USUALLY OVERNIGHT

Express orders placed before 2pm on a business day are shipped the same day and should arrive the next business day.

Express orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be shipped the following business day. So if you order after 2pm on a Friday the goods will ship the following business day (usually Monday) and arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.

TOLL (or any other courier in Australia) do not guarantee delivery times. Hence, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Over the last 10 years we have found that about 90% of express orders arrive the next business day.

We are able to ship to both street locations and post office boxes. You will have to have someone present to sign and receive the order. If no one is present then the package will go to the nearest TOLL depot. TOLL will leave a card in your mailbox to inform you of this. All TOLL shipments are traceable using a parcel specific tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

PO BOX shipments are sent via Express Post (not TOLL). 

TOLL is our courier of choice as they have proven to be very reliable but please understand that on occasions there may be a delay in delivery, not normally more than a day or so.

 In the unlikely event this occurs please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any delays as quickly as possible - as such courier delays are entirely beyond our control.
